CHH: Made to order??

I was wondering if you can order a sandwich from CHH & eliminate one of the toppings that it comes with?

I am interested in ordering the Lighthouse sandwich, but I'm not keen on the slaw that it comes with-last time I got it I felt sick and I'm pretty sure it was the slaw that did it. I would prefer just the hummus and tomato on bread.

Will they do that if I asked when I order? Do I need to tell them I have an allergy of some sort? Or do I ask them for the vegan version? I really want to have this sandwich, but I do not want the slaw on it.

I'm almost positive you can ask for that. I got the Tuna Salad Sandwhich and it came with tomatoes on it and I was able to ask them to hold that. You should be fine.

Yes, my sister does this everytime we go there with no problem. It does take a little longer.
