Chez Remy hours?

When I go in June, the park hours for Disney Studios are 10 am to 6pm. What's the latest I can do a dinner reservation at Chez Remy? I am used to eating dinner between 6 and 7pm. Can you do a reservation that would extend after the park closes?

When the park closes at 6 the latest we were able to book for bistro chez remy was 4pm

We are going to be there next week-soo excited! We're booked into chez remy on wed for 5pm for the 4 of us. The park closes at 6. We were told this is the latest reservation time.
