Has anyone made any of the recipes on the Chex website other than the Monkey Munch? I am thinking of making some of them to take with us on our Disney trip in a few days. I am looking at the buffalo one and the ranch and cheese one.

I haven't made any of the Chex recipes (on the website or otherwise), but thanks for the great idea! We drive to WDW every year and I'm always on the lookout for snacks for the car. I'm off to check the website now!

I have not tried the recipes on the box but here's one that my girlfriend passed on to me. I've made this many times and it is always a hit!

Rice Chex Mix

3/4 cube butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn oil
1/3 cup Karo light syrup
1 1.7 oz jar of Nori Komi Furikake

1. Melt the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and gently boil for one minute.
2. Toss the mixture with one 17.9-ounce box of rice chex cereal.
3. Sprinkle Nori Komi Furikake over cereal and toss.
4. Bake at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
5. Let cool and store in an airtight container.

Chex mix is a big hit i just make the regular one you can find on most boxes all though the chex mudd buddies is yummy which basically is melted chocolate and powder sugar
