Chester & Hester's???

Just wondering if anyone is going to this? Was thinking about taking my daughter to this. The problem is the rates I'm getting at the Poly. Do you think this is a good pin event to go to, or would you wait until another one. Chester and Hester is April 13. and unfortunatly that falls at spring break rates. I'm quoted a rate of $ 585. a nite at Poly con. lagoon. Thats outragous. I know I can stay somewhere else, however this is where we stay for reasons. Does anyone know if this is a good event to go to. or should I wait?? Also, anyone have a better rate??

There are quite a few people from the DIS going to the event. Not too many people are really referring to it as "Chester & Hester's", though ... usually it's "The AK Event" or "Pin-O-Rama."

Check this thread started recently and you'll find quite a few of us going (not me, though, but DW Mean Laureen is).
