Dawn: She frowned and laid down. She started to cry, her mascara running down her face.

Karen: her eyes widened. She moved and sat next to Dawn.

Jordan: he sank down to the floor and held his face in his hands.

Marcus: "I feel bad about leaving everyone out there. Maybe we should go."

Dawn: "I-it isn't fair," she whispered. "And now my tears are black."
