Chef's Table

I know that V&A has a chef's table, but are there any other restaurants that have one?

We are going to be going down in October, and thought eating in the kitchen and seeing how everything works would be a neat experience!

 

[Hootch]

has the Chef's Domain which is not exactly the same and requires a minimum spend that's hefty for two people.

There are some restaurants that have seats at the counter that overlook the kitchens. I know Jiko, Flying Fish and California Grill all have these. These seats cannot be reserved in advance.
