Chefs Table Victoria & Alberts

I see that in order to get a seat for the chef's table at Victoria & Alberts you have to call. Knowing online reservations for regular seating starts at 6am 60 days before the start of your trip, I'm assuming nobody is answering a phone reservation at 6am? Is it best to try to obtain any reservation online first and call later to see if there's any chefs table availability? What time in the day do they accept phone reservations for the chefs table? Just trying to get our plan of attack ready.
