Chef's Domain @ Citrico's

I have a question about those of you that have had your Chef's Domain experience. We are having our wedding dinner there & we have been given the option of having a pre-selected custom menu or allowing our guests to order off of the regular menu. Which option did you chose & what factors made your decision?

I would also love to hear some reviews. I have read a few on the Weddings & Honeymoons board but, I thought I may receive a few more responses here.
