not sure I understand your question...

but on the DDP, Le Chefs is 1 TS credit.

The prior poster is correct, it is 1TS per person to dine at Chefs de France.

THe 20% that you are seeing mentioned here and there is the discount people receive using the Tables in Wonderland card, formerly called Disney Dining Experience or DDE, which is a completely different issue. These cards give a discount on dining bills paid out of pocket, and are not related to the DDP at all. To get a card you must be an annual passholder or a resident of Florida and pay the membership fee.
