We have not ate at either so we are trying to figure out which one to do for New Years Eve. Thanks very much for the help.

I would just take whatever you can get at this point. IF there is a choice between the two, I would take Chefs.
Good luck! :wizard:

Well my parents booked France and I booked Nine dragons. So I am trying to figure out what to cancel.

Never eaten at Chef's so I can't speak on it. But I can say thay we had read many, many bad reviews of Nine Dragons. We decided to try it out anyway and make our own decision. I can say that I am Glad we did. We really enjoyed Nine Dragons and have since added it to our must do list. Good luck with whatever you decide on though. :)

We eat occasionally at Nine Dragons. Pretty good food and service.
They can accomodate a larger group much easier than Chefs. If there is four in your party, then of course either will easily seat four.
But between the two, I would choose Chefs. But neither is shabby. Even with an ADR you may have a longer wait at Chef's. But of course everything will be super busy NYE.
Have a great time whatever you choose!

Just thought that everyone should know:
According to The DIS Unplugged (12/18/07), Nine Dragons is scheduled to be closed for rehab from April 6, 2008 until November 30, 2008.

We have not been to Chefs, but we decided to try Nine Dragons for ourselves and.......... loved it!!!

We have been twice on our last two trips and were pleased with each meal.

I say choose whatever menu appeals to you more.
