Chefs de France Brunch

I saw someone comment on an instagram post about brunch at Chefs de France. I happen to be going to EPCOT on a Sunday and brunch might be fun and relaxing. They mentioned chilled champagne being on the table from the beginning.

Has anyone ever done this? Is this even a thing?

To the best of my knowledge, it isn't a thing. You could go at noon (when they open), order off the regular menu and call it brunch. But it's an all day menu and there isn't really anything on it that I'd call breakfast-y. There has also, in years past, been a special Parisian Breakfast event held there on certain days during the Food & Wine festival -- no word yet on this year's events.

No, never heard of it nor seen it... would be interested though! Quiche may be the closest you get to a brunch item.

This is what they are most likely talking about and it is only held during the F&W Festival. Not sure if they are planning to do this again this year yet.
