Chefs at Party of the Senses?

Which chefs normally participate in these events? Is it primarily the WDW chefs or others who are participating in other (already sold out!!) events around those dates?

A combination of wdw chefs from the restaurants, catering areas and then celebrity chefs from tv/famous resturants around the US (possibly world).
For the disney chefs it really gives them a chance to show off what they can do with something special for the party.
Just depends on the weekend, and the party of senses is different every weekend.

Webray - I hadn't thought about the POS being different every weekend. We are going on Oct. 7th (just bought the tickets this morning). Is there any way to know ahead of time, or isn't it something that gets announced anywhere?
