Hi everyone.
We did pick a winner today. I spoke to her this afternoon. She's from Waltham, Mass., and plans to take her six year old granddaughter. I'm going to talk to her a little on Monday and put together a quick feature story on the whole thing.

I got the impression she was not a DISser. But she was very, very nice.
We may be getting pix and text when they travel. I'll post a link when the info goes up.

I do have to say it was quite a thrill being able to call someone and tell them they've won. It absolutely made my day.

We gave away a trip a few years ago - and back then I was really hoping it was a DISser, too.
In fact when I called the winner, I asked her flat out if she was. She had no idea what I was talking about.

I was happy for this year's winner though. She asked me, "Is this for real?"
I said, "I thought you might ask me that."
It was funny.
