What is the latest seating time for ADR's for Chef Mickeys with closing being at 930? Basically how does this work with all restaurants? Whats the latest adr times compared to closing times?

If Chef M's closes at 9:30 then the latest seating time will be 9:30. The closing times dining gives you are always the last seating times. For example, Crystal Palace breakfast ends at 10:30, the last seating you can get is 10:30. They still replenish the buffet (though only on one side of the buffet instead of two, which are both identical anyway), and the characters still visit every table.
