Chef Mickey's vs. Good Morning @ Tony's Town Square

We want to go to a character breakfast with Mickey, Minnie & the gang, but can't decide on which one. Any thoughts as to which one is better, character wise and also food wise.

Or if there are any suggestions to a different breakfast, I would love to hear them. Thanks in advance!!

I've never heard of Good Morning @ Tony's Town Square! Is this something new??

It's a magical gathering, so only groups of 8 (could be less, not sure if this is correct) or more can attend. It's just breakfast at Tony's, nothing special.

I thought this was a character breakfast, not sure if I would consider that "nothing special" , but then I'm a rookie when it comes to Disney.
