So I'm sorry that I'm going to seem like a complete Disney noob, but I only get to go to Orlando like once every 3 years. Anyway, my penpal has been raving about Chef Mickeys, so I just had some questions about it...


Do you have to pay to get into WDW Resorts to get to CM (sorry, never stayed in there even when I have gone to Orlando)?
How much does it cost?

I'm 18, but I consider myself a big kid, and I think it would just be too awesome to get pictures taken with the characters to put on MySpace (or something)! lol
Would all you experts recommend it?

It doesn't cost anything to get into the resorts, just tell them at the gate that you are eating at CM and they will give you a temporary parking pass.

Breakfast at Chef Mickey's is 18.99 and dinner is 27.99.
Anyone can go to the resorts and have a meal.

Chef Mickey's is a fun place! I took my sister when she was 19 and she loved it. We are going back again this year!

sure you can take all the pictures you want with your own camera. I was just warning you about the picture as you enter. We were taken my surprise because we didn't know they did that.

You can use use your camera for as many photos as you want. They do take a photo of your group when you arrive but you are not obgliated to buy it.

We just say no thank you and don't even take the picture with the plate. We wait and take pictures ourselves with our camera when the characters come around.

We like Chef Mickey's although the food is just ok. The kids like it and that is what keeps us coming back.
