We have been enjoying the dining plan for a few years now. The kids love going to Chef Mickey's, just because they get to take the monorail into the hotel I think. Anyway, when we were there last September for breakfast, the food was good but it was WAY noisy. There was all kinds of construction noise going on that it seemed that they turned up the music in the restaurant to drown it out. Wasn't very enjoyable at all. We are returning this September and getting all are info together for our ADR's. We are trying to deside if this is a place we want to eat for breakfast again. Can anyone tell me if the construciton in the open lobby area is complete? Thanks
