I read on allears that the breakfast is served from 7:00 Until 11:30 a.m.

What time can you get there at the very latest? Does 11.30am mean they start cleaning up at that time or is that the latest time you can come in for breakfast?

When we were there in October, our ADR was for 10:20am. We were leaving around 11:30 and there was still plenty of breakfast food, but I didn't pay attention to whether people were still being seated.
Bumping, hopefully someone knows better than me.

This may not be needed, but your post reads as though you plan to pop in for breakfast. Don't count on it. Chef Mickey's is uber-popular, you're almost certainly going to need a reservation.
Just want to make sure you don't make a big mistake here!

I do realise that I will need reservations. I just want to know what the latest time is I can have it scheduled.

You'll have to call the dining reservations number and they'll tell you the latest time slot they have available for breakfast. When I called to make my ADR for California Grill, I said, "Please give me the first available dinner time," and they gave me 5:30 pm. I doubt anyone will be answer to answer this question except for the ADR CM.
