You're not allowed to park at a resort for purposes of going to a park.
When we had breakfast at Chef Mickey's on the last morning of our trip last July, the CM at the kiosk when you first enter the resort's lot asked us for our name because I told her we were eating breakfast at Chef Mickey's. She confirmed our ADR on her list for the morning, and gave us a 3-hour parking pass. It was more than enough time to have breakfast. The meal took less than an hour (we had a 7AM ADR), then we went to get 2 snacks since we had 2 snack credits leftover. Then we left the Contemporary, a little after 8AM. We only needed a little over an hour to have breakfast and buy a couple of snacks. If we wanted to explore a little more and go to a couple of stores at the resort we would have had plenty of time to do that as well.
If you really want to and think it is worth the money, you could valet park your car a Contemporary, go to Chef Mickey's and just take the monorail to MK. Then you would take the monorail back to the Contemporary and get your car from the valet when you are finished at MK.
I would probably just park at the TTC, take the resort monorail over to the Contemporary and then after Chef Mickey's just either take the monorail to the MK or walk there. Then at the end of the day your car will be at the TTC, and probably in a very good spot! Last year we went to MK on an EMH morning and arrived at the TTC to park a little after 7AM. We were very close to the monorail. We never needed a tram, we just walked to the monorail. Could have done the same for the boats too!
