Another vote for Ohana if that or CM are the only choices. We love Ohana but have only ever been mildly impressed with Chef Mickey's.
However.
With little girls, especially as young as your two younger ones, I would also consider 1900 Park Faire. The characters there are Pooh, Tigger, Alice, the Mad Hatter, and Mary Poppins. The food is better to me than Chef Mickey's is, but still a buffet rather than family-style like at Ohana. For kids family-style (standards) are great, but for adults they may like the bigger variety of a buffet. That's not to say that Ohana's food isn't great - it is.
