I am debating between these two. I have a ressie for CP our first night, but I also like the characters at CM. The menus look about the same to me.

Which ones do you like? I loooove CP for breaky!!!!! :lovestruc:lovestruc:lovestruc

We're (me and hubby...he likes CM) going Sept. 27-Oct. 4th. We have a CP breaky booked.

If you haven't done a special meal for DH yet and he really likes Chef Mickeys, I say go for it and book it for him. A little break from the parks is always a nice thing to do. Have a nice trip.

Thanx! We were at the Contemporary last fall and leaving Cali Grill from our dinner. Kenny saw the hoopla going on at Chef Mickey...they were waving their napkins at the time. He goes, "What's that?" I tell him, "Chef Mickey."

Now my husband is NOT a big Mickey fan....he likes Universal. But, he liked this place. He said, "We should go there sometime." :rotfl:

Honey, dont eat at Chef Mickeys. Lol! you have to try Crystal Palace. The food in my opinion is SO MUCH BETTER. I was so disapointed with Chef Mickeys, i vowed never to go there again. Crystal Palace has such an amazing variety. And the atmosphere is much nicer too, whereas CM reminds me of a highschool cafeteria. Just awful. Crystal Palace gets my vote! :thumbsup2

I haven't eaten at either for dinner. Though one day I want to try CP at dinner. It's so beautiful inside, and I bet the outside looks amazing at night all lite up in the dark!

Chef Mickey's is a favorite of ours! They have a great variety for everyone in my family to eat. we have eaten at Crystal Palace before and enjoyed Chef Mickey's much more. The atmosphere is so much fun!

I like both but the food is much better at CP...a lovely buffet.. However I do love the party atmosphere at CM's.

Well, my hubby settled it for me. I facebooked him and told him I had a ressie for both Ohana and Chef Mickey on 10/1. Ohana in the morning, CM in the evening. He thought that would be, "Mickey overkill." :lmao: Like I said, he's not a big Mickey fan.

He texted, "What about that pretty place with all those Winnie the pooh guys?" I go, "Crystal Palace?" He says, "Yeah. Let's do that one!"

So....we have a ressie at CP at 5:40 p.m. on 10/1 now. Yay!

I'm happy too! I loooove CP...not much of a Chef Mickey girl.

We are trying CP for dinner instead of CM as I have read not so good reviews about CM. With that being said, we really enjoy CM breakfast.
