Chef Mickey's on MNSSHP night...

We have dinner reservations for Chef Mickey's at 6:50 p.m. on the night we are going to MNSSHP. Is this going to work or is there somewhere better to eat that night? I really would like to do Chef Mickey's while we are there. Also, we are staying off property so we really have to make sure we have our ducks in a row for each day. Thanks

You will miss quite a bit of the party by eating that late. I'd try for an earlier ADR inside MK, or at one of the monorail resorts. (Between 4:00 & 5:30 would be ideal, if you're dining outside the park.) At this point, you may need to just call & see what's available. Most places are probably booked. People do cancel all the time, so keep trying until you get what you want. Good luck!

I agree with the above poster. We are always there right at the start, and there are things we still haven't had a chance to see or do in the 3 times we have been. I guess it does depend on what you want to do. If you are just going for the parade and fireworks then you'll be fine. However if you are looking to meet some characters, get some candy, maybe do some rides, you really are not going to have the time before the parade starts.

You'll have a great time whatever you decide, enjoy!
