Chef Mickey's lunch??

Okay, long story, but I'm thinking of changing our dates from early Sept to late August. So, I started researching what restaurants we could still book now. I was able to get a reservation for Chef Mickey's at 1:30pm on 8/22. But, now that I'm researching a bit more, everything says the CM is only open for breakfast and dinner

Anyone have any experience with this? Are they serving lunch now? And would it be breakfast food or dinner food, or something completely different? Also, are the characters still there (my main reason for picking CM)

I don't think that the characters will be there. I'm not sure, but I think the characters leave around 11:30? Someone else might know for sure, but I'm positive that there is a time limit to the characters at CM.

The characters will definitely be there. There was a similar post a few days ago.

I did lunch at CM last year, during free dining. They must have had success adding the extra meal during a busy dining time. Characters WERE there, and it was great. Food is pretty much the same as dinner.
