Are we crazy to have booked this? DH and I are spending Jan. 19 at MK and on our way back after the fireworks decided let's go to Chef Mickey's for a late dinner so we can pick at whatever we want from the buffet, and see more characters. Our reservation is at 9PM, are we crazy to eat here that late?

Thanks!

I have done Chef Mickey's late on many occasions. I have always found there to be plenty of fresh, hot food. Even as we are eating, we see them replinishing the buffet. Its quieter and more low key. Chef Mickey's isn't my favorite character breakfast (Cape May is for the record) but its my favorite character dinner. We love it and we always go late. Even with two kids!

I think you made a great choice, have fun!

DH and I went for a Character Meal at Chef Mickey's during our honeymoon because we hadn't done one before. It was enjoyable, and it was neat to meet Mickey but compared to most of the deluxe resort restaurants, the food wasn't that great. I'd do it again to get the experience for sure!

My family and I have been to Chef Mickey's a few times for dinner and thought it was very good. Now we never went as late as 9:00 PM, however I am sure you will still have a great time.

DH and I had dinner at Chef Mickey's on our honeymoon as well, and we loved it. So much so that we'll be going back on our first anniversary trip. :)

All set - we're booked. I think this is the reason I love trains so much, my parents said that when I was 3 and they first took me to the Contemporary I was amazed at the monorail going through the restaurant, I can't wait to go back and I know DH is going to love it too! Thanks!
