I hae been to Chef Mickey's for Breakfast ( and loved it), but I was wondering if some one could tell me what it's like for dinner.

Hundreds of screaming kids twirling napkins to the music...Chef Mickey, Chip, Dale, etc. as at breakfast. Buffet includes ribs, mac and cheese, chicken, pizza, etc. It's a lot of fun :flower: and I mean that seriously.

Can't compare it with breakfast but it is really alot of fun and really festive. I thought the food was pretty good(yummy parmesan mashed potatoes and Mickey ravioli) and the characters still get the party started with their twirling napkin celebration.

Maybe it is a little more quiet in the morning (people not awake yet), but CM's is the perfect place to get in the Disney mood.

CM is awesome for dinner, and I cant wait for it to be Ariels forst encounter with Disney characters :cool1:

Are you serious about the Ariel encounter??? If so, when is this changing?? I have to know.

We loved it! We, too, had only been for breakfast and decided to eat dinner there this past October. I was a bit nervous about it after reading mixed reviews about it on the DIS, but we were as pleased with the dinner as we had been for the breakfasts in years past. Have fun!

I'm guessing Ariel is her daughter who will be encountering the disney characters at dinner...but just a guess....

Chef Mickey is tons of fun for dinner........a great first night to get in the mood!

I think you're right. Look at the PP's ticker...refers to Ariel (as her child, I assume).

We thought the food was very bad :sad2:
The service was not up to the other Disney restaurants, either. We considered it a waste of money (we had 'saved' it until our last evening!) and opportunity!

I agree with cocodog- We were disappointed with the food! It all looked so good but then tasted no better than cafeteria quality....even the desserts!!!!

We much preferred the breakfast and will never go back for dinner!
