Yes they do have characters now. I was able to phone and speak to someone and they have added the characters to their lunch buffet! I'm not sure about all of the dates but I booked Sept 30th at 1:45pm(so if anyone needs a ressie for Crystal Palace for 8 at 2:15 that day.....there might be one open now)

We have reservations for 9/25 for lunch and 4 different CM's (at 4 different times) told me that there were characters for lunch.

Thanks for letting me know! I would've been disappointed had they not had the characters there.
