Chef Mickey's before MVMCP?

If we get a 5pm ADR for Chef Mickey's do think it is possible to be back at MK a little before 7pm when MVMCP begins? It is too bad they don't start dinner earlier or offer lunch for a late lunch.

2 years ago we had a 5pm ADR @ Kona Cafe & made it to MVMCP before. Keep in mind w/ that ticket you can enter MK as early as 4pm. W/ that 5pm ADR you will miss the castle lighting, if that matters to you.

We will be @ MK all day, then head out for an afternoon rest for a 5pm @ WCC then head back for the party. ENJOY

We did Chef Mickey at 5:00 and then went to the MVMCP last year. It worked out great.

I was orginally hoping to see the castle lighting, but it looks like we are going to try that on another day they have Spectromagic at 7pm. I am assuming that the castle lighting will be that night as well at 6:30???

We will be at the MK all day the day of MVMCP.

Personally I would try to make an ADR around 4:00 PM at a restaurant inside the Magic Kingdom since you can enter at that time with a MVMCP ticket. Plus I would feel rushed trying to finish before 7:00 PM and what if you waited past 5:00 PM to be seated which could happen, since Chef Mickey's is a very popular location.
