Chef Mickey's at 11:20?

I was looking for a fun brunch option, and Chef Mickey's came up at 11:20. I see that breakfast runs through 11:30 but lunch doesn't begin until 12:30. I assume the food would be breakfast, but how long would they have food and would it be fresh? Or would you avoid that and find something else? (The other available time was 7:20, and that's just too early.)
