I have a 7:30 PS at Chef Mickey's for May 7th-- I am staying at POR-- where is the best and most convenient place for me to watch the fireworks that night--- ?? Thanks ::MinnieMo

I'm assuming that you don't want to enter the park after you eat? If so, then I would watch what fireworks you can from the area just outside the entrance to MK. Down by the boat loading areas. You won't see them all, but you should get a fair amount of them. You can just walk over to MK from the Contemporary. And then take a bus back to POR. Or,you can take the monorail from Contemporary to the Polynesian and watch the fireworks from there, then take the monorail back to MK and get the bus. Yes, I know some will complain about watching the fireworks from a resort you are not staying at, but when we were there last summer, there were never very many on the beach or the point watching the fireworks. I just wouldn't take any 'special' spots like the hammocks or benches from the folks paying to stay at the Polynesian.

We are staying at POR also, and eating at Chef Mix before Wishes.

We will have a rental car, so we plan to drive to the Contemporary from our hotel and park there. After dinner, we will either walk or take the monorail back into MK. Then, after WIshes, we can walk back to the car and be on our way.
