Chef Mickey's and Spectro

We have reservations for Chef Mickey's at 510 for dinner. We are using disney transportation while we are there. Will we be able to make it to MK for Spectromagic and Wishes with the time we have reserved for dinner?

Forgot to add, spectro is at 7. Not sure if they are at different times or not. Wishes is at 8 that night.

I'd say probably not Spectro... maybe Wishes if you hustle. This is barring you get seated on time.

If you're there early, and get seated on time or early, and hurry a little, you should be able to briskly walk to MK in time for the start of Spectro, but you're going to er back behind the crowd.
BTW, Spectro starts close to the entrance to MK.

I doubt you'd make it at 7pm, but what about the 2nd parade? If there is a 2nd one, you probably would catch it after Wishes, which you should be in time for. It is possible to walk form the COntemporary, but I would only do that if there's a long monorail line(so long you'd have to wait for several trains), because it will take you longer to walk usually.

There is only 1 spectro parade on that day...I think while we are there, there is only 1 other parade because of MVMCP. Thanks for the replies. I guess we'll just try to hurry and hope we get there in time.

I don't think you will have much trouble at all as long as you are seated close to your ADR time. Show up about 20 minutes early to increase the odds of getting seated on time.

If you are a quick walker it is under 10 minutes to walk from the Contemporary to MK. If you don't want to walk you can catch the resort monorail and be there in 15 to 20 minutes.

We ate at the Wave and were seated about 7:00. Had a very slow server but still caught Spectro at 9. The advantage of a buffet is that you control them tempo so I would say you would have no trouble being out by 6:30 and getting to MK in time either by the monorail or walking.

We also discovered that watching Spectro on main street just as it enters is a good spot. My older son and I walked over to MK from the Wave and watched from Adventureland as we always do, while my wife and other son weren't worried about it so they took the monorail and arrived 5 minutes before it started and found that just inside the front gates was a good place to watch.
