Chef Mickey's and Ohana

Ok, I'm done calling for the weekend, I dont think I am going to get ADR before I get there... Does anyone know what is the exact time these places open and close for bfast (and dinner for chef mickey's) for the character meals?

i know 'ohana starts at 7:30 am for breakfast. and chef mickey's has opened at 5 pm for dinner. at least in my experience.
