Chef Mickeys and autographs

Does anyone know if the characters take the time to sign autographs when you dine at Chef Mickeys?

Yes, they do! They seat the children on the outside or aisle side so the characters have easy access to them. Be sure and have the autograph books, pens and camera ready.

Another good thing about getting autographs is that the characters spend a little more time at your table. I forgot to bring the book last time we did Cindy's breakfast and barely had each princess at the table for more than 1/2 a minute. Hardly worth the money! We go to see the Princesses, not to eat! But have fun. Your grandchildren will love Chef Mickeys!

The characters are great at the place. On our last visit, Minnie asked my daughter to do the napkin dance with her. It was great and made a great picture.

Chip and Dale are also great here. They usually will put bunny ears on my kids while I try to take pictures.

Goofy is probably the best character there for us. He always acts out with my children. One year he took my daughter's tinkerbell wond and had her walk around with him doing magic on people. It made for some great pictures also.

Donald is usually standing in the waiting area. He will sign autographs and take pictures. I have used the picture with Donald and my kids for our Christmas picture before. It is always great. We love Donald because that is my DH and DS first name also. We always share that with Donald. He always gives them a big thumbs up.

Mickey is great too. I have seen him even sing Happy Birthday to kids before.

This is a must do for us. We always go there on our last night. We feel it is the best way to end our trip. We are always sad to know that we are going to be leaving and they help us stay happy.

Thank you all for you input. We picked Chef Mickeys because of the classic characters present during dinner. Looks like we made a good choice! Are the characters present all the time in the dining room or do they leave and come back later when your meal is finished?

One nice perk at our Chef Mickey's dinner was that the characters came arounds several times while we ate. Pluto was not out at all that night and Donald and Daisy rotated in the lobby area. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale came by our table at least three times. This was very nice as we were able to snap a couple of extra photos. For character interaction it was a great place! Food and serivce were just ok but the characters above average!
