Chef Mickey Potatos

Anyone have the reciepe for the parmasan mashed potatos???

I've never made it, but here you go:
Chef Mickey's Mashed Potatoes


2 1/2 lbs. peeled potatoes
8 oz. butter (2 sticks)
2 C. hot milk
4 oz. (1/4 C.) grated parmesan cheese
3 oz. scallions chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper




Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks and boil about 15 minutes or until
tender. Drain well and mash, using a potato masher or a heavy fork. Add the butter, cheese, scallions and enough milk to desired consistency. Blend well, adding salt and pepper to taste. (Do not use a food processor for this recipe.)
