Would you pick Chef Mickey's or Garden Grill for dinner. We went to Garden Grill last time but only for the Ice Cream Social.

Thanks

for me it would depend on where my itinerary for the day took me... in mk? chef mickeys is just a monorail ride away... in epcot? garden grille is right there... food is good at both, character interaction is good in both, price is similar...

i doubt you will be disappointed in either, but i would recommend selecting the one that is most convenient :)

ENJOY!

I WOULD CHOOSE CHEF MICKEY'S. ONLY DUE TO THE VARIED CHOICES THERE. WE ENJOYED THE GARDEN GRILL, BUT IT IS A LIMITED MENU. CHEF MICKEY'S IS A BLAST, HUGE BUFFET, AND FROM WHAT I REMEBER THE DESSERTS FOR THE CHILDREN ARE A-PLUS!! THEY HAD A CUPCAKE STATION WHERE THE KIDS CAN FROST AND DECORATE THEIR OWN. EVERY 20 MINUTES OR SO THEY HAVE CUSTOMER INTERACTION WHERE WE PICK UP OUR NAPKINS AND SPIN THEM TO THE MUSIC. ALL IN ALL A GREAT TIME FOR YOUR $$$$ SPENT. TRANSPORTATION IS PRETTY SIMPLE THERE TOO. IF AT MK THE MONORAIL, OR YOU CAN WALK. IF AT EPCOT AGAIN THE MONORAIL TO TTC AND THEN MONORAIL TO MK. HOPE THIS HELPS A LITTLE!!! HAVE FUN

I would definitely go with Chef Mickey's. We weren't able to get a PS there last trip and I was really bummed. There are so many characters and so much interaction. We ended up @ Gullivers Grill @ the Swan. The food was good but I didn't think the character interaction was great.::MickeyMo

However, it does plan on your itinerary for the day. We like the more relaxed feel of GG, plus the character interaction has always been great for us. One year, we did an early dinner and Minnie sat down to color with our 2 DS!! Then Mickey came along and wanted to fight our youngest because Minnie was paying attention to Ryan!! It was really funny!

But we also love the food. I crave the flank steak!! and DH likes the catfish. The smashed potatoes are really yummy too! Plus, the kids get their own pan of mac and cheese with chicken fingers.

For us, the hustlef and bustle of Chef Mickeys is just too much excitement for dinner!!

But that's just us!
Sorry I forgot this!! We also like GG for the reason that they bring to food to you, family style. It still is all you can eat, but you don't have to fight the buffet line for it!!

Good luck with your choices!!

I find the Garden Grill much more relaxing than Chef Mickey's.

Personally, I would choose Garden Grill. (2 adults, no kids)

I am always leery about buffets where kids are abundant. I have seen too much. ;) :earseek: I usually only go to those as they just open.

That's a hard choice, but you can't go wrong with either one! We ate at both just a couple days ago!
I have to agree with Deb about the flank steak and catfish! My 14 yr old son ate TEN slices of flank steak!!!!!! Love those mashed potatoes and gravy, too!
Enjoy your trip!

We did both 2 weeks ago and I vote for the Garden Grill. I like the food and we always have great character interaction there. :D
