Chef Mickey No Reservation!

I'm going end of March and have been checking every day for CM reservations to no avail. Was wondering if showing up without a reservation would work? What time should I get there? Will I be seated? Does anyone happen to have a reservation that they aren't using?

I think its against DIS Board policy to ask for reservations from other members.

we had a 5:30PM ADR in October (during FD) and were surprised that we were seated right away and how empty the restaurant was. after 6PM, it got busier. If you can't snag an ADR I would suggest getting there when the restaurant opens but during Spring Break have a back up in case you are turned away which I have seen happen in the past.

There are late (9:00, 9:20, 9:30pm) dinner reservations popping up for March 26/27/28 right now on the MDE app. party of 4

I tried for 3 trips and finally snagged a CM ressie oon DDs 4th trip. LOL As hard as those ressies are to come by, I was also surprised by how many empty tables there were.

With that being said, the character interaction was okay-to good and the food was not good. The only thing it had going for it was the atmosphere. We wont go back to CM, I much preferred Tusker House.

Keep checking every day multiple times a day as people cancel all the time and you never know if/when something might become available. You can try as a walk up, but I would have an alternate choice as you could have a long wait or even get turned away if it is busy. Good luck.

I just finally snagged an ADR at CM for mid March at 7 pm, could hardly believe it, been checking for three wks...

I got a cm res during my trip in January the day of the meal. I left a few days open on my end to make plans based on my mood and where I was. It was around noon and I got a 7pm dinner reservation. You can try going that route too.
