Can one of the DISigners help with my request?

I am looking for a Chef Mickey & Crystal Palace Autograph Book cover for our character breakfasts in July.

I have already downloaded the autograph pages from Donatalie's files (THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!)

If anyone could help me and create the front covers I would greatly appreciate it.

The autograph books are horizontal (left to right - - only posting the direction because I myself get horizontal and vertical mixed up all the time.)

They are 4" x 6".

If it is possible to have the characters and logo with a blank space for personalizing - - - -that would be great.

Since I am making the books I can do the personalization myself. Don't want to bother the amazing DISigners with too much.

I have gone through and checked alot of the share files looking for the covers but haven't been able to find any.

Penny has several dining cover designs here, and some of them are blank for personalization: http://s226.photobucket.com/albums/dd181/Chaos1Cent/Autograph Covers/Character Meal Covers/ . Many of the DISigners here will not create or post "blank" designs (for some reason they keep showing up on Etsy and Ebay under other people's names ), which may be why you aren't getting any responses.
