Chef Mickey-Breakfast or Dinner?

We are going to Disney in November so I am planning reservations now for when they open in May. I want a character meal at Chef Mickey but now sure about whether to do Breakfast or Dinner. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips? We are staying at the CR so time is not an issue.

I loved chef mickey's at breakfast time!!! Cute shaped waffles and piles of donuts and pastries, big cereal machines....it was great! Our family really enjoyed this dining experience.

However I can't speak for dinner, I know breakfast is cheaper! And since you're right there in the Contmporary, you could make a very early reservation and get to the parks before opening time no problem!

I think your best choice is Breakfast because that is hard to mess up.
Dinner was gross.

We personally like dinner because of the dessert bar and then we can head on the monorail to the MK. We like Crystal Palace for breakfast because we get in the park early and its fun!

For us we made mostly Breakfast reservations for our table service meals. I personally think a good filling breakfast to start the day off is best, it seems to stay with you for a while.

We've been to breakfast and dinner at CM's - dinner was fine but the food at breakfast was better!

We prefer the breakfast, it is yummy! Didn't like the dinner though!

Thanks for the great posts! I was leaning toward breakfast so I think we will do that. DS would love Mickey pancakes!
