Hi,

One of my friends called yesterday to book her family's vacation and was told that the reservation window for Chef Mickey's and CRT will be changing from 180 days to 90 + 10 days. Can anyone else confirm this? I wonder if this will make Chef Mickey's ADR's difficult. My son loves Chef Mickey's so I hope not. We've never had a problem in all our past trips. We're not going to WDW until September so I guess won't know until June when we make our ADR's. No sense worrying...just wondering if anyone else heard about this.

Thanks. :goodvibes

Nearly all ADRs are now 90 - if you are staying on site you can book for 10 days out from your day 90. I got shut out of Chef Mickey's for dinner when I just made my ADRs on Sunday but was able to do it for breakfast.

Yes that is correct. Everything is now down to the 90 day window.

I can confirm CRT went to 90 days for all reservations for June 20th and beyond.

I think it will make it incredibly difficult to get CRT or CM except for the last part of a trip or at odd times...

If you are not staying at a Disney Property...it seems as though you will have a very difficult time

I'll let you know on Monday how hard it is to gett CRT. I was hoping to have this for our first night's dinner but now it may be impossible to get.

It used to be the norm to have the 90 day window for ADRs (then PSs). It was actually 60 days for somethings.
CRT used to be ridiculously hard to get, but it was also just about the only place you could see the princesses. That is no longer the case. And the price they now charge for CRT is going to prohibit a lot of people from booking.
Of course, back when it was 90 days out, you couldn't book 10 days in advance. That is going to slow things up a bit. But, nothing is perfect. I guess we'll have to settle on those hard to get ADRs being at the end of our stays.
I wish they would not allow you to book CRT within that 10 day grouping. I almost wish that you had to call 90 days before the day you want to eat there....the old-fashioned way. don't see that happening though.

Also, don't forget, they don't open ALL the tables up for the 90+10 booking, just a few. So if you can't get the ADR you want using the 90+10 date, call back at exactly 90 and you should be able to get a table for CRT. (We did this last trip, couldn't get in with the 180+10, but got in using the 180 date.)
