We will be celebrating my DD's 7th bday in Jan and we are going to Chef Mickey for breakfast, will they do anything special? We were there for her 5th bday but ate at the Castle, they gave her a certificate.

Thanks

it wasn't my b-day but before my wedding at the Poly, the Mrs. kicked me out and put me at the Contemp for the night (can't see her before the ceremony), and went to Chef Mickey's for b-fast. the CM at the podium asked, "Just one?"
"Yup, I can't see the fiance until 3PM"
"Why's that?"
"That's when the wedding starts"
well that started the fun. Goofy personally walked me to my table where i was presented with a "Its my special day" placemat (which i found out later i could have kept :( ) i got a celebration cupcake, and my server told each character that came over what that day was. I'd hafta vote Mick's #1 by far when it comes to making someone feel special on their day.
so make sure that the birthday is noted on the ADR, and that you casually mention it at check-in. then sit back and let the fun start.

We were there last week and the little boy sitting next to us was celebrating his birthday. He got the placemat to keep and a birthday cupcake. They ended up bringing another cupcake for his sister. It was so much fun. Great Place to celebrate a birthday!
