Chef mickey’s pricing

Does anyone know if I’ll have to pay for my children (2 and 1) at chef Mickey’s character breakfast? In the past kids under 3 have been able to eat free at buffets or family style meals, but the website doesn’t clarify. For example Hollywood & vine lists pricing for “children (3-9)” but chef mickeys just says the price next to the word “children”no age specifications. Thanks for your help!
