About 10 years ago, another member on this board recommended a chef to make dinner for a large group of family and friends in our grand villa at the Boardwalk. We hired him and his wife, he was a cajun chef, and the food was amazing. We have a grand villa in sept, along with a few more rooms for friends, and we wanted to try it again.
