Can you get the Prix Fixe dinner at Chefs de France under the regular dining plan? Is there some kind of upcharge? I notice it includes soup or salad, so not sure it would count as a regular TS credit.

Yes you can. Ordering the prix fixe is one of the ways you can get an app when using the DDP. No substitutions allowed. Chefs de France does not have an upcharge, but the prix fixe at Marrakesh and Monsieur Paul do.
