I called him with some specific q's regarding my son's FA and he has not called me back. I did receive a msg to my 1st ph. call but not my 2nd. Can he be reached via email?? Does anyone have his email?

Since your 1st message was returned, I would suggest calling again and leaving a specific message with your trip dates. He is probably very busy, but in my experience the various chefs are pretty good at helping out with dietary concerns.
