Cheetah Girls Concert?

I took my dd age 7 last year. It was fine but not great. She really did not get into it much. There was some songs we knew and some we did not. I probably would not waste my money again until she was older. It probably depends on the age of the child.

DH took our neices to the last tour (I think it was about 2 years ago now), closest concert to us was Greenville SC (3 hours away) so we did a weekend of it. The loved it, their ages at the time were 9, 10 and 11. I didn't realize they were touring again, but it seems to be "over" around our house, now. They have moved on to Jonas Brothers, Camp Rock, High School Musical, and the oldest is getting into real rock music some now. I never hear them mention Cheetah Girls any more.

Sorry, let me clarify. I took her two years ago also and we loved it! She has watched their new movie about fifty million times and the new CD is in heavy rotation in her room also. She still loves them along with all of the other popular Disney-type artists. She's 9 btw.

I basically want to know who here has gone or will be going to their new concert, One World, and any reviews.

I didn't know they were touring. dd loves their new CD. It would have to be around her bday for me to spend $$$ on the tickets though and give them to her as her gift. Concert tickets are becoming to rich for my blood and budget otherwise;)

I hear you. I just bought a pair for us to go to the 11/14 concert. It will be one of her Christmas presents. :goodvibes

I'm going to the Nov. 13th concert and just started a thread on how long the concert was since it's on a school night.

Are you going to Nassau Col.? I'm going to Prudential Center.

We are going Sunday which will be Nov 9th at the Verizion Center. I'll report back later.

Have fun! That is my new favorite arena. I prefer it over continental now.

Were not going but my dd has a friend going that night.

We went a couple of weeks ago and my DD9 LOVED it...she saw their last tour and she said this one was even better. But then again I think she is biased to this show because she got to High Five all three Cheetah Girls, I thought she was going to FAINT!! P.S. - I really enjoyed it too! There was two opening acts, some young boy group(didn't really care for them) and then they had the Clique Girls(they were great!)

I agree....the boy band (525 or 535? something like that) was AWFUL. We had heard on radiodisney that the Clique Girlz were opening, and my daughter was FURIOUS when she thought that boy band was IT. haha! She was thrilled when the clique girlz came out, and they were good. The Clique Girlz did a meet and greet too.

We're going AGAIN.....saw them when they openend for Hilary Duff a gazillion years ago, then saw them with Miley then saw them again ontheir last tour....now we're going on Dec 6th to Moline to see them yet again!

Yes, my dd (who is just now 9) adores them since they were a foursome......

My DD won 4 free tickets for last Sat afternoon concert here.. I took her and 2 of her friends..all 12 year olds. They loved it!! Was alot of fun! None of the girls liked 535..the only opening act here.
Take your own glow sticks...they sell for $10 at the concert.

We went! It was fun! Costumes were really pretty, and DD really enjoyed herself!
