Can anyone tell me if this restaurant is accessible at Disney Quest
without having to pay enterance?

No it is not accessible. You have to pay.

You even have to pay full price if you are taking kids and NOT playing any games.

You have to have admission to DQ to go to the CF because it is on the 5th floor. Sorry!

DH is a big video game guy and so on one of our trips I played with him for an hour or two and then he played by himself some more while I went up to the 5th floor, got myself a piece or Oreo cheesecake and used the little Internet terminals they have set up to DIS!!!

There's another Cheesecake Factory location at the Millenium Mall- if you have transportation......

Just a thought.
