Is there a Cheesecake Factory near WDW? I think I remember there being one inside DQ, but we arent doing that. Wondering if there is a restaurant close by. We are staying at Bonnet Creek. Thanks

There is one in the Mall at Millenia.

I was there last week and it was horrible. I wrote it up on Trip Advisor. The service was terrible, never refilled water and the people next to us came in after us and got their food and left before us. We went early on a week day (11:30) because we wanted to go to the parks after. We got out close to 1. It took 10 minutes to just seat us and the place was practically empty. My son got the turkey club as always and one side of the bread (inside the sandwich) was burned black. I have seen a slow decline in CF over the past couple of years.

Just saying if you do not have your heart set on it, go to another restaurant like Bahama Breeze.

There was a quick service Cheesecake Factory express location inside Disneyquest that's been closed for like 5 years now.The nearest Cheesecake Factory location to Disney is at the Mall at Millenia, about 20 minutes away on I-4 north, get off at Conroy rd.

Some of the worst food I've ever eaten has been the Cheesecake Factory. Had one of the worst hamburgers in my life at the Winter Park location, couldn't eat it. McDonald's is better. I don't get the infatuation with the place. Nice bar though.

It used to be really good but lately it has gone down hill and I do not mean just in Fla. I have been to CF in NE all over Mass and in Va in the past year and really they have lost their charm. The killer is for me we have like 200.00 in GC we need to use up. ON the visit in Orlando, we were so late that we did not want to waste time getting cheesecake and let me say they have cut the portion of cheesecake too. I think they are getting a couple of extra slices out of the cake making each section just a tad smaller thinking no one would notice but if you are a die hard cheesecake fan you KNOW when the portion is smaller.

There also used to be a quick service one in Universal.

But how are the whole cheesecakes? (Besides overpriced?)

Sometimes, when we're on vacation, we'll pick up a whole cheesecake from CF and eat it in our condo. It lasts several days. Delicious cheesecake, and even overpriced, it's still cheaper than most desserts out.

If you have a Costco card go they sell the whole CF cheesecake either plain or variety for something like 13.99! We have eaten it and it is delicious. It is in the frezzer section. I usually get the variety because that way we can sample a few types. They did have the red velvet one also.

Thanks for the advice! I have never eaten at one, and my dd22 ate at one in Naples on her Honeymoon last month. They loved it so I thought maybe we would try it if there was one nearby. Sounds like we should skip it! I will look for something else nearby:thumbsup2

It is worth a trip to that mall.

Bahama Breeze and get the onion rings.....to die for. Sign up on their website to be an "insider" and get a 10.00 off coupon too!

Sounds good. However, I'm nowhere near a Costco. Needless to say, no card.

Other PPs are correct in the decline. I've been to the one in Nashville TN and Louisville KY...Louisville one definitely downhill and idk about the one in Nashville because I've only been there once and it wasn't any good either....

Great cheesecake though :)...just don't care for the food.

Do you know if there is an expiration when you sign up? I have signed up for things like this before, and then the coupon would expire before our trip! Just wondering if there was a long time to use the coupon, or if it is like a 30 day thing.

YES you are not that far it is on Orange Blossom Drive if I am not mistaken and you can get a one day pass and pay an up charge of 5% which is not that much

Well when I signed up the coupon expired on 9/12 BUT if you sign up you get the coupon the next day so sign up just before you leave and then print it the day before or a few days before. My whole family signed up and each one got a coupon so we had 4 of them. Well worth it.

No Sam's Club card either, but I think my DD 25 has a card. Are the cakes as fresh tasting in the stores than in the restaurants?

IMO, no! But if you were wanting cheesecake, they are better than most offered at a store.

We actually order whole cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory and have them shipped.
