Cheesecake Factory!

When my son's gaming convention was held in Bellevue, Washington we had a chance to eat there. We went early to avoid the rush. The food was very good and I started a Cheesecake Factory thread back in August.

One opened in Lincolnshire, Il. about 6 months ago, which is about 6 minutes from our house. DH passes it to and from work, so I've been getting Chinese chicken salad picked up. Yum. It's also in the mall I work at.

If you have never had the deep fried Mac & Cheese you gotta try it. It is so damn good!!!!!!!

I've never been. I know there's one in Boston. Maybe I'll go there soon. I'm not a huge fan of sweets, but cheesecake is my weakness.

Not sure where in NH you live but there is a new one at the Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA.

You don't have to go there for cheesecake either. As I learned all too well, you can order the cheesecake online! My boyfriend bought some for my parents for Christmas and they it!! Its so good!

And BTW, my boyfriend had never had cheesecake before until I introduced him to the Cheesecake Factory and now he's hooked!

DH and I will usually share a ENDIVE, PECAN and BLUE CHEESE salad and as an entree we'll share the CHICKEN QUESADILLA.

They won't split the plates, but they will bring an extra plate each time so that we can split it ourselves.

Talk about yummy!

For dessert we'll usually do the KAHLUA COCOA COFFEE CHEESECAKE (there's a picture of it on the website) or the ADAM'S PEANUT BUTTER CUP FUDGE RIPPLE cheesecake.

We tried the LINDA'S FUDGE CAKE, but it was dried out. It didn't impress us as much as the cheesecake did.

And their samples!!!! The sample portions are HUGE!!! We were waiting to be seated one night and they had samples up of their pumpkin cheesecake. OMYGAWD !!!!!!!

I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory! Their avocado eggrolls are beyond awesome. We got one of those Top-Secret Recipe's cookbooks and learned how to make them ourselves at home!

YES!!! Those avocado eggrolls are delicious!! I usually get them as my meal so I can save room for dessert - always the White Chocolate Rasberry Truffle Cheesecake - out of this world!!
