on the papers I have it says:
"FoodQuest (hosted by Cheesecake Factory Express)"
and it says that it is good for lunch and dinner, quick service and snack..


is this the place you are talking about? I've never been there so I am not sure but that's the info I found. Hope it helped some

yes, I think so. They are under the dining plan.
