Cheese selections at CG on DDP?

Question on the cheese sampler at CG and the DDP. I see on the menu the sampler is listed under desserts. Can you order it as an appetizer if you want to?

Also, I see there is a separate price for 3 cheeses and for 5 cheeses. Can you order either one on the DDP?

We ate xmas dinner there last year on DDP. Our DS(16)had the cheese sampler platter for appetizer and he asked to have all 5 because he wasn't sure which 3 and the waitress said no problem. He loved it, each cheese is presented with an accompaning food(fruit, bread, cracker). I did sample some and they were wonderful(in addition to my fantastic flatbread). Only thing that we were told was no sushi as appetizer.
