Hello all. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the list of cheeses on Flying fish cheese board platter? I'm a regular but can't get there next month and then they're closing. ((((

They're not the same cheeses as posted on line. I was there 3 weeks ago and it was not this. Thanks though. Compotes may be same as Wismom post, but not cheeses. ((
